How you join MN Rush depends on your grade. Younger teams are formed through open tryouts. Older teams are primarily built through recruiting, with tryouts held when roster spots open up.
We hold open tryouts every year, typically in February or early March, ahead of the spring season. Dates and registration details are posted here on our website, on our Facebook page, and on Instagram as soon as they are set. No previous MN Rush experience is required.
Our older teams are primarily built through recruiting, so we do not always hold open tryouts at these levels. When a team has roster spots to fill, we will post a tryout or open gym. Want to be scouted? Email boys@mnrush.com with your player's grade, position, and current team.
