Minnesota Rush girls basketball is built on the belief that youth basketball should be about growing as an individual player, competing in a team setting, and building a genuine love for the game. We don't chase exposure or run gimmick offenses to pad one player's stats. We develop basketball IQ, toughness, and confidence through competitive environments, small-sided games, and coaching that prioritizes teaching over yelling.
Our girls teams practice twice weekly in the STMA area and compete in 6-8+ AAU tournaments per season. We draw athletes from St. Michael, Albertville, Rogers, Elk River, Buffalo, Monticello, Big Lake, Zimmerman, Otsego, Delano, Annandale, Maple Lake, Hanover, and communities throughout the Northwest Twin Cities metro. Season runs April through July.
