1. Girls must be registered to participate in the workouts. NOTE: Workout times may be subject to change.
2. Grades reflect the 2025-2026 school year.
3. There is a one time fee of $25, Cash or Checks accepted also (made out to MN Rush).
4. Girls are encouraged to attend both dates, but it is not required. The more time being spent in the gym working on your game the better.
5.The 2026 schedule is still being worked out, so stay tuned for more info on that. We play from April to June.
6. Roster spots may be offered after the first workout, some after the second, and unfortunately maybe not at all.
7. Teams take time to be formed. If offered a spot, you will have a limited amount of time to accept.
8. Team formation & Evaluation is based on performance at tryouts, prior season performance in AAU/HS/Travel. Some have earned an invitation based on the their entire body of work.
9. If interested in coaching, please reach out and we can set up an interview.
10. Parents are strongly encouraged to stay out of the gym during tryouts for the sake of fairness, and please do not communicate with coaches/evaluators after the tryouts are complete.
11. PLEASE BRING A REVERSIBLE JERSEY, WATER BOTTLE, AND A BASKETBALL TO THE TRYOUT.
